Last day to file nomination papers with the district clerk.

First April Commissioner’s Meeting after the nominations period closes
Ballot Position: determined by a drawing by lot conducted by the District Clerk-Treasurer in the presence of such candidates or their representatives as may choose to attend such drawings.
14 days before the election
Last day to post or publish the warrant for the district election.
